This film, which was shortlisted for the Chief Rabbi's Awards for Excellence, was produced in 1990 for the Scottish Jewish Archives Centre by two young film makers, Richard Benn and Peter Strachan (9th Floor Productions), with the financial support of Strathclyde Regional CouncilÕs Education Department.

It looks at continuity and change in Jewish childhood and adolescence in Scotland during the last 100 years, through the eyes of Calderwood Lodge pupils, youth group members, and older members of the community.
